Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement ourTerms of Serviceand describe the billing, renewal, and cancellation terms for Forge Premium.
1. Premium Subscription
Forge offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features beyond the free tier. The specific features included in each tier are displayed on the upgrade screen within the app and may change over time.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase
- Prices may vary by region based on Apple App Store and Google Play Store pricing tiers
- Payment is processed by and charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- We do not directly process or store your payment card information
3. Subscription Periods and Pricing
We offer the following subscription periods (prices are approximate and may vary by region based on app store pricing tiers):

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Actual prices may differ slightly due to local currency conversion by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price and duration.
5. Free Trial
The 6-Month plan includes a10-day free trialfor new subscribers:
- The trial begins when you confirm your subscription in the app store
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid 6-Month subscription at 19.99 EUR / 6 months
- Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited if you purchase a different subscription plan
- Free trials are available once per Apple ID or Google Play account
- You will receive a notification before the trial ends (per app store policies)
6. How to Cancel
You must cancel through the platform where you subscribed:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Forge >Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Forge >Cancel
Important:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain premium access until the end of the paid period
- Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription
- Deleting your Forge account does NOT cancel your subscription — cancel through your app store first
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies:
- Apple: Request a refund from Apple
- Google: Request a refund from Google Play
We do not process refunds directly. If you have billing issues, contact the respective store's support.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance per app store requirements (typically at least 30 days). Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Feature Changes
We may add, modify, or remove features from the Premium tier. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes. Removal of a major feature that was the primary reason for your subscription may entitle you to a refund through the applicable app store.
10. Account Tier Downgrade
When your subscription expires or is cancelled:
- Your account reverts to the free tier
- Data created while on Premium is NOT deleted — it remains accessible
- Premium-only features become locked but your data within them is preserved
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access
