End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date:April 9, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the operator of Forge ("Licensor") for the Forge mobile application and web service ("Application").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and ourTerms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use the Application on devices you own or control
  • Access and use the web version of the Application through a supported browser

This license is for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes only.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application or access rights
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  • Use the Application to build a competing product or service
  • Use the Application for commercial purposes beyond personal fitness tracking (e.g., as a gym management tool for clients) without separate written authorization

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, architecture, code, graphics, Solo Leveling-inspired visual elements, game mechanics, AI engine system, and all related intellectual property, belongs to the Licensor or is used under license. This EULA grants you no ownership rights.

User-generated content (your workout data, photos, notes) remains your property as described in ourTerms of Service.

4. In-App Purchases

The Application offers premium features through in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Stores"). All purchases are subject to:

Premium access is tied to your account and active subscription. No refunds are provided directly by us — contact the applicable Store for refund requests.

5. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the Application is also subject to:

  • Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (for iOS users)
  • Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users)

In case of conflict between this EULA and Store terms, the more restrictive terms apply. The Stores are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.

6. Third-Party Components

The Application uses open-source and third-party components. Their licenses are included in the Application. Use of these components is subject to their respective license terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM FEATURES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR EUR 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

9. Termination

  • This EULA is effective until terminated
  • It terminates automatically if you violate any material term
  • You may terminate by deleting the Application and your account
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application
  • Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination

10. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use the Application in any country subject to embargo by the applicable authorities.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
